President Biography

Mr. Frank F. Hays is the founder and President of Hospice Express, Inc.  His thirteen years in the durable medical equipment industry and past President of Vitalmed, Inc has served him well in the arena of patient care and provider of medical and respiratory equipment.  Mr. Hays holds a Bachelor's Degree in both Psychology (College of Charleston) and Business (Ball State University).  His extensive background experience in medical billing and software systems, along with IT communications and networking helped launch the idea behind Hospice Express.  Mr. Hays and his wife Marcy have 4 children and currently reside in Vincennes, IN.
